Canto Vida Studio – Plan Policy

1. Lesson Packages & Validity
Each package includes a set number of sessions to be used within a defined period (for example, 1, 3, or 6 months). The package becomes active on the date of your first lesson and will expire at the end of the plan duration.
2. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Lessons are scheduled in advance through our online system. You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Any lesson not rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time is considered a cancellation. Each package includes a limited number of free cancellations, defined as same-day cancellations that remain eligible for rescheduling, as follows:

1-Month Package: one (1) free cancellation
3-Month Package: two (2) free cancellations
6-Month Package: three (3) free cancellations
Once a student has used all free cancellations included in their package,any additional cancellation will result in the lesson being forfeited and ineligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit, and will also incur a $25 fee if the student wishes to reschedule the lesson, payable prior to scheduling any future lesson. All rescheduled lessons must be completed before the package expiration date. Lessons not completed by the expiration date will be forfeited.
3. Lateness Policy
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at its original time. Arriving more than 5 min late for a 30 min lesson or 15 minutes late for a 60min lesson counts as a forfeited session.
4. Payments
Payments are due on or before the start of each billing month. Packages are fixed-term commitments with monthly payments for the agreed period (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months). Billing ends automatically once the package period concludes unless you choose to purchase a new plan. Late payments may result in a $15 fee. Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received.
5. Refunds & Credits
All payments are non-refundable. Refunds, credits, or extensions are not provided for missed lessons, late arrivals, or unused sessions. Purchasing a package signifies your commitment to the full term.
6. Holidays & Closures
Canto Vida Studio observes breaks during Thanksgiving week and from December 24 to January 1. These holidays do not extend package expiration dates.
7. Lesson Format & Communication
Lessons are conducted online. Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and timely attendance. For scheduling or policy questions, please email during business hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST).
8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. These policies promote clarity, professionalism, and a positive learning environment for all participants.
Canto Vida Studio reserves the right to modify these terms to reflect business or platform updates. The most current version will always be available on our website.
